Hi! My name is Mai Vu

I’m a Marketing person who has over 3 year working full-time in Marketing field, from communications to digital performance and CRM.

About my most recent job, I worked full-time for Shopee Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh Office as a Digital Media Planner for 11 months, in which I take responsibility for conducting media plans for strategic key brands in FMCG and Electronic & Home Appliances. As a media planner, I am required to do research and analysis about the brand, its sales performance on E-commerce platforms, and market trends in order to produce the most effective media plan to target the right customers and achieve the KPI in sales via Off-site Ad Platforms (incl.: Facebook, Google, Tiktok). I’ve also played a role as a Digital Marketing Consultant to help the brand select suitable ad channels, allocate a monthly budget, and provide marketing messages and creatives in order to achieve the highest performance.

I am currently working as a Co-Founder and Product & Marketing Lead of High Tea Story, in which I take responsibilities in designing products, operating online & offline marketing events, producing content & brand images for Social Media, as well as developing E-commerce platforms to sell premium English tea products in Vietnam.

Here are several projects/products I have developed for High Tea Story:

Exploring Tea Collection includes 4 different tea flavours packed in biodegradable pouches, conveniently provide people new tastes and exploring tea experience. Additionally, the idea for this product was come up around Christmas, so it not only an ideal Christmas gift at reasonable cost, but also can be reused for Xmas decoration.

The Finest Tea Collection is a pack of two rectangle boxes, featuring 10 different teas – available in sets of 20 single-serve tea sachets. Instead of having to choose among hundreds of tea flavours to find your own favourite teas, this Tea Collection offers a range of loose leaf teas, fruit & herbal teas – customers can treat their tastebuds to the fine teas and enjoy our best picks daily!

Mid-Autumn Festival Gift Boxes 2021 is named “An” – means “Peacefulness”. Each box includes 4 small mooncakes, an Exploring Tea or an Artisan Tea Bag, a bookmark and a hand-writing postcard for personal message/wish.

In Asian tradition, people have used cloth to wrap precious items, that we came up to an idea of packing the gift box skilfully and carefully in a soft linen fabric, which is hand-embroidered with the branded camellia branch by the craftsmen of famous Tu Van craft village in Hanoi.

The corporate gift is not simply to show the care and goodwill of a company to their partners, but also the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the whole team.

Vietnam Women’s Day Gift Boxes exclusively designed by High Tea Story for University of Sydney sending to their Vietnamese clients. Each Gift Box includes a cake box, a pack of Finest Tea Collection, and a postcard customised for University of Sydney.

High Tea Workshops are fun, interactive events about Tea Cocktails, Tea & Food Pairing and British’s Afternoon Tea Culture, aiming to create a delightful culinary experience.

Throughout the activities in our Workshop, participants will enjoy the teas and learning more in a relaxed and informal setting, with friendly people.

I also assisted the Regional Manager (VN) of Oxford International Education Group in producing marketing materials for Vietnam markets, as well as assisting the Regional Sales Manager doing training events for key agents in Ho Chi Minh & Hanoi.
